When we embarked on our journey seven years ago with the inception of DarkHorseStocks, we dedicated two full years to extensive research. It wasn't just a part-time endeavor; we diligently dedicated 12 hours each day to scour research reports, magazines, and delving into the backgrounds of individuals, including fund managers, analysts, and venture capitalists. One thing led to another, allowing each of us to gain a clearer perspective and deeper insights into the current market landscape.
In today's rapidly evolving and dynamic world, there's no specific role that can be performed in isolation. A fund manager must understand marketing, a UI/UX designer should engage in research, and research analysts need to acquire skills in video creation, editing, and social media marketing. Furthermore, everyone should possess a fundamental understanding of digital marketing.
Our goal is to provide interns with a holistic experience so that, after completing a comprehensive internship, they can proudly state that they've ventured into every aspect. Whether it's UI/UX design, digital marketing, individual marketing, client acquisition, or B2B marketing etc, they will have hands-on experience in all areas.
At times, it may feel challenging and overwhelming, and you might even experience moments of doubt. However, stay with us because the journey you're embarking on with DarkHorseStocks won't be easy, but it will undoubtedly be rewarding.
As for compensation, we haven't finalized it yet but we are planning to keep it unpaid. The primary reason is that we don't want anyone to join us solely for monetary gain. When monetary compensation is involved, focus can shift away from dedication to the pursuit of financial rewards. If you're skeptical, look around you; in most cases, individuals who start earning money lose their motivation to learn something new. You might be wondering, what's in it for us?
The reason is that our research efforts are becoming increasingly extensive as we aim to expand our presence. We require individuals to assist with secondary research for DarkHorseStocks. That's why we need you.
Last year, we brought onboard a total of three interns. However, this year, our plans involve significantly increasing the number of interns we'll be welcoming.
